Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or prior to shipment, whichever occurs first. To initiate cancellation, please get in touch with our customer support team via email.
If your order meets the eligibility criteria for cancellation, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may submit a return request after delivery, following the guidelines of our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We currently do not permit modifications to items or delivery addresses once an order is confirmed. If changes are needed, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one accordingly.
