By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. If you need to return an order, our return policy is clearly explained for your ease and convenience.    

Eligibility for Returns  

All items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  

  • Ensure all tags, labels, and boxes are returned in the exact original state.    
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are ineligible for return.    
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. To start a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.    
     
  • Items failing to meet these requirements will not qualify for return.    


How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    
Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to cybercartventuresprivateltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos    
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach clear images showing the issue to ensure faster processing.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions    
Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on the return procedure.  

Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our guidelines.    

Refund Process & Timeline  

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to verify it meets our return conditions. You will be informed regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is successfully completed.   

Partial Refund Guidelines  

For items that partially meet the return conditions, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.    

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve the matter promptly.
